The client, a new tour business, was under pressure to launch before the busy Christmas season. However, they faced a significant challenge: they had no digital infrastructure in place. They needed a professional website, an integrated booking system, and a functional email setup—all within a very tight timeframe. Without these essential tools, their business wouldn’t be able to operate effectively or capture the high demand expected during the holiday period.

Challenge
The Bloom Farm was operating with an outdated WordPress and Elementor setup that relied heavily on sections. Elementor aslo hadn’t been configured. This was limiting the site’s functionality, performance, and overall user experience. The client needed a solution that would modernise their website, streamline its management, and improve responsiveness across devices.
Solution & implementation
Ivan’s Ultimate Tourism Tribe plan offered him a one-hour Zoom session where he met face-to-face with our in house WordPress expert – Fabienne Wintle. During this session, Fabienne completed a comprehensive review of the website, identified and fixed issues, including the use of outdated Elementor sections, and configured Elementor to properly include the client’s branding and fonts.
In the session Ivan was shown how to update sections into containers within Elementor. This hands-on, real-time support ensured that the client not only upgraded their website effectively but also learned how to manage the new structure confidently moving forward.
Outcome
Ivan’s website is now up to standards, better optimised for search and improved with uniform branding. It became faster, more responsive, and easier to manage.
